Premier Hairdressing College 2009 Annual Awards recognising outstanding performance...

In 2008 the Directors of Premier Hairdressing College Ltd established four awards for outstanding contribution to the company. Awards are presented at the Premier Hairdressing College Conference each year. These awards provide an opportunity to celebrate the success of the awardees and to promote excellence across our sites.

The winners need to meet the following criteria:

Student-centred and has maintained a teaching practice which engages students and promotes effective learning.

• Is professional in his/her attitude
• Follows the culture and ethics of the organization
• Is a team player
• Teaching and learning strategies are consistent with the learning outcomes being taught
• The diversity of students from different backgrounds and with different needs is acknowledged
• They lead by enthusiasm and example
• The winner has made an outstanding contribution to the success of the Company.
