If 15 years of age you will need a Certificate of Exemption from your school. How do I qualify for the Elementary Course?If you are a New Zealand citizen, or have 2 or more years permanent residence in New Zealand, If you are under 18 years you will need parental/care giver consent. If you are 15 years old you must be expempted from school by the Ministry of Education. You will need verified copies of your Birth Certificate or Passport, IRD Number, Bank Account number. A tutor will assist you to apply for a studylink loan. How do I qualify for the Advanced Course?A positive attitude and commitment to complete the course. The ability to read and write the English language. A commitment to pay all student fees within 3 weeks of the start of the course. Attitude, maturity and personal presentation may have a bearing on acceptance into the course. As spaces can be limited those with a 85% attendance in the elementary course will be given priority. A minimum of 100 credits from PC3659 Hairdressing course or equivalent.
